Navi Bungalow is located in the heart of Asheville’s thriving River Arts District. This bungalow has vaulted ceilings, with a beautiful outdoor area overlooking New Belgium’s Taproom.

The property was recently reconstructed in 2019 into a high end rental with designer furniture, stainless steel appliances & modern finishes. Navi Bungalow is outfitted with organic cotton bedding, smart TVs, tankless water heaters, in spa-like marble bathrooms.

Navi House has ample on site parking, as well space for off-roading vehicles. Guests can independently check themselves in with our keyless entry pads.

Enjoy Breakfast at Ultra Coffee Bar, Lunch at All Souls Pizza, tour artist's studios, & catch a show at The Grey Eagle. Take a short walk over to the French Broad Greenway, or grab a beer over at the Wedge Brewing. There isn't a better location than this.
